That’s why we offer 14 day hassle free returns.
Please just follow these steps:
- Let us know - email us at xxxxxxx quoting your order number, reason for the return.
- Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
- We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Or you can opt for the options of WondeRock gift card with value of the full purchase price. The gift card will be expired within one year.
To stay true to our sustainability principles, we will be unsetting the VRAI created diamond(s) and melting the metal for recycling.
Therefore, we will deduct a $300 recycling fee from engagement ring returns and
a $50 recycling fee from wedding band and made-to-order fine jewelry returns.
This fee is waived if you opt for a WondeRock gift card instead.
Eligible item(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging with all original documentation.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
All fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose diamonds that are not included in the exclusions list below.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
• Modified or resized rings
• Misused items
• Items altered by a third-party
• Custom-designed items
• Gift cards
Sale items
• Single item purchases of $20,000 or more are eligible for exchange within 21 days. No refunds will be issued for items above $20,000

CANADA, EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM

3. Ship back the package. We offer free return shipping on all international orders from Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom, and are unable to schedule a FedEx pickup.
4. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
MEXICO, AUSTRALIA, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, TAIWAN, HONG KONG, SOUTH KOREA, AND THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping destination.
3. Ship us back the package. At this time, VRAI is unable to provide free international return shipping from the above mentioned shipping destinations. Please use a trusted courier, as VRAI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. It is always best to insure your return shipments. Duty/tax paid will be refunded, but your shipping fee is non-refundable.
